Redesigning the support system of the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center to scale its impact from 100,000 to 1,000,000 under-resourced entrepreneurs globally. Focusing on understanding the journey of underserved founders and designing personalized pathways to success.

Process & Approach

  1. Needfinding & Research

    • Conducted 3–5 in-depth interviews with founders.

    • Observed digital platforms and in-person programs.

    • Collected diary study vlogs capturing daily experiences of entrepreneurs.

    • Identified key pain points: access to funding, mentorship, and strategic guidance.

  2. Synthesis & Ideation

    • Created empathy maps, journey maps, and clustered insights on FigJam.

    • Developed POV statements capturing unmet needs.

    • Generated “How Might We…” questions to guide ideation.

    • Sketched multiple concept ideas and storyboards visualizing founder journeys.

  3. Prototyping & Testing

    • Built three low-to-medium fidelity prototypes addressing different intervention points.

    • Tested with real founders during Prototype Experience Day.

    • Iterated based on feedback, refining solutions for usability, relevance, and impact.

  4. Storytelling & Final Presentation

    • Produced a 2-minute video highlighting real founder experiences.

    • Storyboarded the solution, illustrating how founders’ challenges are transformed into successes.

    • Presented a final concept to the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, demonstrating practical and scalable impact.
