The Center for Global Online Education (CGOE) runs Stanford’s global master’s programs — coordinating live course production, operators, faculty, and cross-functional partners distributed across time zones. With communication happening across many separate channels, the team needed a centralized place to align tasks, reduce friction, and improve operational clarity.

I led the design of a communication and workflow application that streamlined collaboration for a 40+ person multigenerational global team.

I designed and researched a communication platform that’s simple to use yet highly effective for global teams.

Through interviews, workflow mapping, and iterative prototyping, we created a tool that reduces miscommunications, speeds up onboarding, and keeps teams aligned across time zones.
